I had a pleasant stay at the Helena Hotel & Spa. The breakfast options were impressive and very tasty, which really set a great tone for my mornings. However, I did encounter an issue with the wash basin in my room not providing cold water. Overall, the hotel offered really good value for money with its friendly atmosphere and family-friendly amenities.
